Now that your world as you knew it no longer exists, what the heck are you going to do now?
Your head is spinning and your mind is asking all the questions that you have no answers for.
If only someone could help you off the ground, hold you steady so you can start making sense of thing step by step.
Well, that’s my job!
I know exactly how it feels because I have been there myself.
I lost everything that made up my identity, career, job, status, money and friends. I had to pick up the pieces and start again.
Having gone through that and coming out the other side, I now dedicate my time working with individuals and groups, sharing my experience, what I learnt, what skills and strategies I needed to heal from the these traumatic life happenings.
My name is Sai, a professional Yoga Teacher and Wellbeing Facilitator with over 15 years of experience.
My name is short and intriguing which I guess can also be used to describe me.
I’m here to offer you a range of services that will connect you to your body (Somatic), mind (Semantic) and spirit (energy). My approach is integrative of all of the different healing modalities I have worked with over the past 15 years.
I am a yoga teacher and well being facilitator, practitioner of emotional freedom technique (eft), thought field therapy (tft), neuro-linguistic programming (nlp) and a internationally accredited meta-coach.
My vision is to be part of a world where individuals foster compassion and curiosity not only for themselves but the people around them. leaning into trust to create a world of individuals who are ultimately at peace with themselves and each other.
I see my part of this vision is to help individuals curate a safe, nurturing and compassionate space that allows them to integrate and heal from their life’s adverse and traumatic experiences. when I’m not working, you’ll find me out in nature with my furry best friend. I’m also a little obsessed with house plants. I’ve even managed to keep some alive, by this right alone I think it makes me a green thumb.
We all make mistakes and poor decisions, it is part of what makes us human. You don’t have to spend the rest of your life defined by what happened to you
